Who We Are
Enchi Capital Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment firm focused on energy and infrastructure across Africa. We originate proprietary opportunities, structure capital around asset cash flows, and invest alongside operators and institutions who share our time horizon.
Our team has spent careers in the markets we invest in. That experience informs a simple conviction: durable returns in African energy come from structural insight and operational proximity, not from optimism about the commodity cycle.
Investment Philosophy
We underwrite the entire chain: subsurface or asset quality, the counterparties who will pay for it, the jurisdiction that governs it, and the structure that determines what happens when conditions change.
Capital is deployed in tranches against verified milestones. Governance rights are negotiated at entry, not retrofitted. Alignment is built into economics rather than asserted in principle.

Managing Partner
Kwame has over twenty-five years of experience in energy transactions across West and Central Africa, spanning upstream acquisitions, gas monetisation and structured commodity finance. He previously led origination for a global trading house's African portfolio and has advised governments on licence and fiscal frameworks.
Partner, Investments
Adaeze leads investment execution and portfolio governance. Her background spans project finance at a leading international bank and principal investment in midstream and power infrastructure, with closings across Nigeria, Ghana and Senegal.
Partner, Capital Formation
Wei Lin oversees capital formation and institutional relationships from Singapore. He has structured and syndicated energy financings for institutional investors, development finance institutions and family offices across Asia and the Middle East.
