Graduate Programme
Two years. Every stage of a transaction.
Our graduate programme places a small intake alongside the investment team from the first week. Participants rotate through origination support, technical and commercial diligence, financial modelling and portfolio reporting.
Applications open annually. We look for analytical strength, written clarity and a demonstrated interest in African energy markets. Prior sector experience is welcomed but not required.
